Refund policy

All sales are final. This is our final production run, so we don't accept returns or exchanges, and size exchanges are not available. Check the size chart before you order.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email info@rnwl.shop within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send you a replacement at no cost. If that item has sold out, we'll refund it instead.

Orders placed before October 10, 2026

Orders placed before this policy took effect keep the terms they were sold under, including the 365-day guarantee. Email info@rnwl.shop with your order number.
