What This Guarantee Covers

The RNWL 365-Day Guarantee applies to manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use and proper care. Covered failures include:

• Seam Failure — Any seam splits, unravels, or separates under normal use. No return required; a clear photo is sufficient.
• Waistband Failure — Elastic permanently collapses, rolls in a way that cannot be corrected, or the band material snaps or deforms structurally.
• Fabric Degradation — Pilling, thinning, or holes that develop through normal washing and wear within the 365-day window.
• Hem Unraveling — The Quad-Locked stitching comes loose or separates from the fabric body.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions — including bleaching, ironing directly on fabric, or tumble-drying on high heat
• Intentional damage or clear misuse
• Normal color variation or fading from repeated washing
• General dissatisfaction without a documented product defect
• Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit after confirmed delivery
